hi ana, i’m not sure if i’m supposed to leave a comment here… i mean i can’t see any others?
anyway… i just want to tell you i really admire you for being able to speak so many languages… since moldova is so small it must be really difficult to learn all that?
i have a cat at home too… gosh… she’s a troublesome one
as for books… do you like agatha christie?
i’m currently dying to read the twilight series… but its expensive here so i haven’t bought any yet… but then… i heard that edward cullen is soooo very irresistible….

Thank you! It’s not hard in Moldova to learn foreign languages, on the contrary. Since we are so small we have to work hard to build a career or a business. And since most of the investors are foreign is mandatory to know Romanian, Russian and English and at least one more language.
We have a lot of Moldovan working abroad so many here know Italian, Spanish, Portuguese. Russian is like a second language and everybody knows it.
English and French you know, like in every other country!
I saw lately that are beginning to spread languages like Chinese, Japanese and Arabic. I’m really glad about that. I consider that is very important to know foreign languages, it opens new windows and opportunities!
How is your cat? What’s her name! ^^ I really really love cats. I don’t have one at home now but I simply adore them!
I haven’t read anything by Agatha Christie
I’m really ashamed for that.

You know I had a science profile in high school and didn’t study Universal Literature! I mostly read romanian literature since is so rich and I consider that is very important to know your own culture well and then the others! I will read more in my free time, but now I’m really busy with university and all I read is Economic Books ….
But do you know Paulo Coelho? I read all of his books, I really admire him. His style of writing is superb.

that day when you put up the link at hiro-koh about moldova… the wikipedia you know… i remember that the main business there is producing wine?
where is chisinau then? your hometown is it?
my mom is really interested in geography… so that day i asked her if she knows where moldova is? she said she had never heard of it… sigh
yes its so good to be able to converse in so many languages… then you won’t have problem going anywhere…
my cat’s name is mimi… my mom named it… she’s actually a stray, but we adopted it last year
she brought back a small bird that day… but we managed to rescue it… but then she brought back another three!!! they were so bloody and gross that i couldn’t describe it here… my mom was very, very angry with mimi
erm… i’ve never heard of paulo coelho before… i’m not really so widely read… i live in a small town so its difficult to find any books… anyway in malaysia all you studied in school is malay literature… which wouldn’t take you anywhere at all

Yes, Moldova’s main business is producing wine. Chisinau is the capital and also my hometown. It’s biggest economical, political, social and cultural center of the country.
I’m not surprised at all that many people don’t have a clue about Moldova, it’s natural since we are so small and there is nothing we do to make us famous. Even though I think our band O-ZONE was really international. Do you know O-zone, with the song Dragostea din tei, or Numa Numa song, or Maiahi… I think it was popular in Malaysia too a few years ago. I know that in Japan it was a hit!
Nice name your cat has Mimi. Sounds really nice! But she seams to be very naughty. Poor birds!
Coelho is a brazilian writer so it’s no surprise it’s not know in Malaysia. Actually is not easy here to find any books. And even if they exist, they are very expensive. I found Coelho’s books on the net, and just printed them out.

I also listen mostly japanese music.
My favorites are YUI and Arashi. Do you know them?
I also like Anna Tsuchiya. Did you watched Nana? She is singing Nana’s songs! Great anime it was, one of my favorites. To bad that there is no second season, there is so much manga to cover…

i’ve heard of them before, but i don’t really listen to their songs. nana, its quite popular here, but i never watched it before. but i saw the manga once, and isn’t it a bit like, err, more suitable for older teens? i mean of course its normal for us, but in malaysia here they’re really conservative… duh
anime songs are all so nice~ i shall write something bout it in my blog
